I’m Beth, Clinical Director of Discovering Truths. I began my career as a Mental Health Nurse in 2006, specialising in addictions and eating disorders, before training further in Addictions Therapy. Over the past 20 years I’ve worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, including leading an addictions therapy team within a private hospital.

My team and I now focus on supporting adults with ADHD, trauma and addiction. I’m trained in EMDR, Clinical Sexology and ADHD management, and I integrate my nursing and psychotherapy background to work holistically - understanding both the physical and emotional impact of mental health difficulties.
