The Breathe Pathway is an integrated ADHD support programme designed for adults who want practical strategies, emotional stability and personalised therapeutic support.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have lived with ADHD for years, Breathe helps you understand your brain, reduce overwhelm and build a way of living that works for you
What is the Breathe ADHD Pathway?
Breathe is a structured ADHD support pathway for adults designed to help you understand your ADHD profile, develop practical coping strategies and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Rather than focusing only on symptom management, Breathe integrates therapy, coaching, and clinical understanding to help you:
- Reduce overwhelm
- Improve emotional regulation
- Build routines that work for your brain
- Develop confidence and self-understanding
- Create lasting behavioural change
It provides a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be fully understood and supported.

Breathe is designed for adults (over 18) who:

- Experience emotional intensity, shame, or self-criticism
- Want practical support alongside or beyond medication
